Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 9, 2026

1. Introduction

Limaze, LLC ("Limaze," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Limaze AI platform, including the website at limaze.com, the Limaze AI desktop application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: name, email address, password, and billing details when you create an account or subscribe to a plan.
  • Studio Content: lim configurations, skill definitions, training data, prompts, and other content you create within your studios.
  • Communications: messages you send to our support team or through in-app feedback channels.
  • Marketplace Information: if you publish a Studio Pack, we collect your payment information and public profile details.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: features used, task runs, lim interactions, session duration, and performance metrics.
  • Device Information: operating system, browser type, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: we use essential cookies to maintain sessions and optional analytics cookies to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand the Service.
  • Communicate with you, including support, updates, and marketing (with your consent).
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Creator Intellectual Property

We take creator IP protection seriously. When tenants subscribe to your Studio Pack through the marketplace, they interact with your lims but cannot access, view, copy, or export your proprietary prompts, configurations, training data, or skill definitions. Your studio content is encrypted at rest and isolated per-tenant. We do not use your studio content to train our own models or share it with third parties.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: hosting, payment processing (Stripe), analytics, and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
  • AI Model Providers:when your lims execute tasks, prompts may be sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). These are governed by each provider's data processing terms.
  • Connected Integrations: if you connect third-party services (GitHub, Slack, Notion, Telegram, X, Instagram, Google), data is shared as necessary for the integration to function.
  • Legal Requirements: if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5b. Meta Platform Data (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or Threads profile to Limaze AI, we receive the following data via Meta's official APIs (Graph API, Instagram Graph API, Threads API):

  • Profile data: public profile fields (name, username, profile picture, follower count, account type), Page IDs and names you administer.
  • Content the LIM publishes: drafts you approve and Meta returns the resulting post ID, URL, and timestamp.
  • Engagement metrics: aggregated reach, impressions, comments and reaction counts on posts you or our LIMs published, used to inform future drafts.
  • Comments and direct messages:only if you enabled the matching LIM role, and only on accounts you authorized. We never read DMs from accounts you didn't connect.

Encryption and storage. Meta-issued OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and never leave our infrastructure. Tokens are scoped to the minimum permissions you authorized.

What we don't do. We do not sell or rent Meta-derived data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with other Limaze AI tenants. The data is only used to operate the studio you set up and is visible only to you and your collaborators inside that studio.

Revocation. You can disconnect any Meta account at any time from Limaze AI settings, or revoke from Meta's "Apps and Websites" panel. Revocation triggers our automated data-deletion callback at https://api.limaze.com/api/integrations/meta/data-deletion: tokens are wiped immediately, derived data within 30 days, encrypted backups within 90 days. Status of any deletion request can be checked via the URL Meta returns to you. Full instructions also live at limaze.com/data-deletion.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Studio content, task history, and lim memory are retained until you delete them or close your account. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), tenant isolation, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses where applicable, to protect your data in accordance with this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
