Data deletion

How to request removal of your data from Limaze AI.

What we store

When you sign in to Limaze AI or connect a third-party account (Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, Telegram, Google, or Apple), we store the minimum necessary to keep your studio running:

  • Your email and display name
  • Provider-issued IDs (e.g. Facebook user id, Instagram Business id, Telegram user id)
  • OAuth access tokens we use to publish on your behalf — encrypted at rest
  • Content your LIMs (AI agents) generated for your studios

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the LLM providers we use to generate content (and only the prompt content needed for the request).

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the address on your Limaze AI account, with the subject line "Data deletion request". We will:

  1. Confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  2. Delete your account, all connected provider links, OAuth tokens, and all generated content within 30 days.
  3. Send a final confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

If you signed up through a Telegram-only flow and don't have an email associated with your account, message @limaze_bot with the word deleteand we'll handle it from there.

Automated deletion (Meta connected accounts)

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account through the Meta “Apps and Websites” settings, you can revoke access there at any time. Meta will automatically notify Limaze AI via a signed callback at https://api.limaze.com/api/integrations/meta/data-deletion and we'll delete the data tied to that account on our side, returning a confirmation URL Meta can verify.

Backups

Encrypted backups are retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery. After this window, all copies of your data are permanently destroyed.
