Connect Meta — Instagram, Threads, Facebook
One Facebook login wires up Instagram, Threads, and Facebook Pages — pick which surfaces you want when you click Connect. Limaze handles all three through the Meta Graph API.
Before you start
- You need a Facebook account that admins the Pages or IG accounts you want to publish to.
- For Instagram: the account must be Business or Creator, linked to a Facebook Page. (Personal IG accounts can't use the Graph API.)
- For Threads: tied to your IG Business profile — gets connected automatically when Instagram is selected.
- For Facebook Page posting: you must be an admin of the Page.
Step-by-step
- Open Integrations from the dashboard sidebar.
- On the Meta card, click Connect.
- A picker opens — leave the surfaces you want enabled (Instagram / Threads / Facebook). All three are checked by default.
- Click Continue with Facebook. A popup opens to facebook.com.
- Sign in (if needed), choose which Pages and IG accounts to grant access to, and approve the permissions.
- The popup closes automatically. The card flips to Connected with your profile info (avatar, follower count, media count).

Troubleshooting
"URL Blocked" on the Facebook popup
Our redirect URI hasn't been added to your Meta App allowlist yet. Reach out to support and we'll fix it.
The connection succeeded but no Pages show up
Your Facebook account doesn't admin any Pages. Create one at facebook.com/pages/create, then disconnect & reconnect Meta in Limaze.
I want to add Instagram later — but only Facebook is connected
Click Disconnect on the Meta card, then click Connect again. The picker lets you check Instagram this time.
Browser session expired / posts failing with token error
Click Disconnect and reconnect. Meta access tokens are long-lived (~60 days) but rotate occasionally — Limaze will prompt you when a refresh is needed.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect on the Meta card. This revokes Limaze's cached token. To fully revoke our app at Facebook, also visit Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
